Cloud-Services

Whether it’s server or cloud hosting, client management, or a backup strategy – the right IT solution for your company is as unique as your business itself. The required availability, the sensitivity of your data, and the way your team works are all important factors. Together, we’ll analyze your requirements and needs to find the best solution for you and your team.

Remote Desktop Services

Remote Desktop Services, or RDS for short, also enable location-independent working. The principle is just slightly different. All logged-in users access the same servers and therefore share their resources equally. The individual RDS environments are all identical and cannot be customized.

Since users access the server directly, the desktop environment is not based on Windows 11 like with VDI, but instead corresponds to the server’s operating system. As a result, compatibility with your programs is not always guaranteed. Managing an RDS solution is less complex because it is also less flexible. That’s why RDS is the more cost-effective remote solution.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, or VDI for short, hosts desktop environments—meaning preconfigured images of an operating system and applications—on a central server and makes them available to you and your employees. The individual VDIs can be customized and scaled depending on the employee’s role or performance requirements.

Thanks to VDI, employees can work in their familiar digital work environment regardless of location or device. Whether in the office, at home, or on the go, the VDI remains the same. Another advantage is that hardware requirements are lower, since data processing takes place in the data center rather than on the local device. Typically, a standard PC or thin client is sufficient, but working on tablets or even smartphones is also possible. Easier IT management of VDIs is another major benefit.

Server / VM Hosting

Modern server solutions typically consist of virtual machines running on high-performance hardware. Separate workloads isolate critical services and applications, which enhances the performance of individual software processes and increases the security of your infrastructure. As an IT service provider, we handle the installation, operation, and maintenance of your servers—whether on-premises or in the cloud.
